TBG Operations/Procurement
What working with us actually involves
Most agency relationships are sold before anyone explains how they run. This page is the opposite — the operational detail a buyer and a procurement team need before a first conversation, written to be forwarded.
How an engagement starts
- Scope and price, before we talk. Every service is scoped and priced on the scope builder. Three questions and you have a real number — no call, no email gate.
- A written diagnosis. Before you commit, we send a written assessment of what's actually broken, what we'd fix, and how we'd know it worked. You keep it whether you engage us or not.
- A written outline of the work. Each engagement opens with a document setting out what gets produced, when, and how performance is tracked. Nothing changes without your sign-off.
There is no minimum term. Engagements run month to month; a quarterly or biannual commitment carries a published discount and is your choice, not a condition.
Who you're working with
A small senior team. Every account is run personally — there is no account manager relaying briefs to people you never meet. Strategic oversight and quality control sit with the founder, Abhimanyu Gupta, who spent 13 years running multi-country enterprise platform rollouts from the client side. The firm is registered and managed in Paris, France.
Access and tooling
- We work through view-only analyst access wherever possible — publishing calendars, ad accounts, analytics. We do not need admin credentials to do the work.
- Where a task genuinely requires elevated access, we scope it explicitly, in writing, for that task only.
- Reporting runs in your environment — Power BI, Looker Studio, or Google Analytics — refreshed on a regular cadence. You see the same numbers we do.
Security and data handling
- Every engagement runs under NDA, signed before any material is shared.
- We handle client material on a need-to-know basis within the team working your account.
- We do not use client data to train models, and we do not repurpose client material for other accounts or public marketing without written permission.
- We can complete a standard vendor security questionnaire. For anything requiring a specific control framework, tell us early — we'll say plainly whether we can meet it.
What procurement usually asks — and the short answers
- Who is the supplier?
- A B2B marketing execution firm registered in France, working with market- and enterprise-level teams. Founder-led, with a small senior team.
- What exactly is being bought?
- A defined scope of marketing production across one to four services — content, social, paid media, creative — at a published price.
- What is the commitment?
- Month to month, with no minimum term. Discounts for a quarterly or biannual commitment are optional, not a condition.
- What is the exposure if it does not work?
- The first step is a written diagnosis you keep regardless. Beyond that, a month's scope. There is no multi-year contract to exit.
- How is data and IP handled?
- Every engagement runs under NDA. Work product transfers to the client. Client material is not reused for other accounts or used to train models.
- Is insurance and liability information available?
- Yes — provided on request during contracting.

If your buying process needs something this page doesn't cover, ask — we'd rather answer it now than in month two.
